First and foremost, I believe that establishing a safe space is fundamental to healing and wellness. My practice is grounded in non-judgemental listening, informed consent, and clinical reasoning. I embrace the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life. I recognize the importance of acknowledging the body as a whole and the unique contextual life experiences that shape each individual.
My philosophy is in the beginner’s mind and I am constantly striving to learn more. Outside of my profession, I am working on finishing my Bachelor’s in Health Science after which I will be pursuing a Master’s in Counselling.
I find balance in my life through playing tennis & volleyball, meditating, reading, writing & consulting my Tarot cards.
