He has been blessed with the gift of healing hands. He is not only technical with his treatment and had help me with various injuries, but he has a very deep intuition of how your body hold stress. Happy to have found Otto! Being a hairstylist can be physically demanding and I was always dealing with back and shoulder pain. Since going to Otto not only have those issues dissipated but my body mobility and over all well being have improved. He’s very skilled and you can tell he truly cares wether it’s through his continued education or that extra time he spends to make sure your feeling your best!

Otto has been my RMT for the past 1.5 - 2 years. I’m traveling 3x longer for his treatment compared to the clinic he previously worked at, as I believe his massages are worth it! Always such a pleasure; being a fellow tennis player it's amazing to not have to explain what's going on in my body he just knows. Otto is the most caring and invested RMT I have encountered in Vancouver. I sought his services when I was experiencing lower back pain. Instead of going straight to the massage, he asked me to stretch and make some moves so he could identify the muscles he had to work on to relieve the pain. It was the first time I had this kind of evaluation before a massage. The post-treatment was also helpful, as we discussed posture and what activities could help me prevent the pain from returning. My experience with Otto showed that he cares deeply about his patients' well-being. Not only is he a great RMT, but he also has a kind soul. I recommend his services and will return as a customer in the future.

I have been receiving RMT massage treatment from Otto since this summer and boy am I glad to have found him. I have a desk job and have bad posture which results in pain/tightness around my neck, shoulders and upper back. Before each session, I tell Otto where I am feeling the most pain and I see that he is extremely attentive and engaging. I love how Otto will focus a bit more on the "problematic" areas because after each session, I leave feeling 100% better. I am so thankful to have come across Otto and will absolutely continue to receive his treatments.

I got knee and hip pain from playing volleyball, badminton, and sitting too long from my desk job. Then I got massage treatment from Otto. He is literally the best massage therapist I have ever met. I have been treated by other RMTs but Otto is the one who not only know how to use strength but use the combination of strength and technique with his hands to truly release the tense on my muscles. The massage experience was very relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend Otto's service and I'll definitely return to get more massage sessions from him.

I’ve tried some RMTs before, but Otto is the first RMT who I regularly see. With other RMTs, I need to ask to adjust the pressure. But Otto always knows the pressure that I like. I don’t know how he does that! He knows lots of different approaches too. He is caring and thoughtful, which makes me feel very relaxed. I’m happy that I found him.

I am a 76 year old man who has received massage therapy from two masseurs previously. Otto by far has been the best fit for me, I've been seeing him for two years. He has a very professional, warm and gentle approach. We made a treatment plan at the beginning and every time I see him he asks what I'd like to work on that day. Mostly it has been to help me relax and stay present while becoming aware of feelings within my body. I prefer a gentle rather than vigorous experience which he provides using a variety of massage techniques. He checks in throughout each session to ask how I'm doing. We briefly discuss how the experience was for me after the session. I always feel safe with Otto and leave feeling calm and a sense of well-being. I highly recommend Otto Chan massage therapist.

Before my first treatment, I was skeptical of all the 5 stars review, "no one's that perfect" I was thinking. Several treatments later I find myself writing this without any solicitation. Otto is great. He is attuned to my needs and somehow just know to apply the most therapeutic pressure. His holistic approach made me feel he genuinely cares about your well being. I feel better and better after reach and every treatment. I highly recommend Otto Chan as RMT. Also, my appointment is always on time, nearby street parking is cheap and easy to find, and I really like the clinic/office (very clean and smells very pleasant)

I can’t express how amazing Otto is. Before meeting Otto, I was struggling with finding massage therapist I’d regularly see. But after meeting Otto, I can’t think of getting massage somewhere else. He’s so quick in understanding where i am having issues with, put the perfect pressure, and I love his approach of valuing flow. He treats the body as a whole and helps me so much with loosening the whole body. I’d highly recommend Otto!!

I highly recommend Otto. Every time I have a session with him, I feel refreshed and pain free for at least 5-7 days (ymmv, of course), which is much better than with other RMTs I've had in the past.
Otto can find tight muscles just by feel and can find muscle knots that I didn't even know I had. It's like he learned an ancient arcane magic or got bit by a radioactive spider and gained super spidey senses.
